Dress Code Inspector Test is not as easy as you think. Strip every girl? Not enough tickets you can write in one day. Pick randomly, and cause fully compliant girls to see no use in dressing to avoid inspections. Let too many girls walk by, and the girls learn the rules do not matter. Inspectors must be able to pick out the girls in violation before stripping them. 100% is impossible, but we grade on a curve, too. Continue reading
